Our Coaching Approach
Our integrative approach combines proven methods from systemic, Gestalt, and hypnosystemic coaching, enriched by new perspectives from New Work, mediation, and design thinking. This creates coaching that works in depth and enables holistic, lasting change.
Our Methodological Foundations
- Systemic Team Coaching & Team Development (dvct, Consulting Impact, Dietz Coaching)
- New Work Coaching & Organizational Development (Milton Erickson Institute)
- Systemic and Hypnosystemic Coaching (Milton Erickson Institute, Symbolon Institute, Competence on Top, ILS, Radius Institute)
- Gestalt Coaching and Therapy (Symbolon Institute)
- Design Thinking (Hasso Plattner Institute)
- Mediation in the Workplace (Radius Institute)
- HAKOMI Method
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Why It Works
In our coaching practice, we have experienced how powerful change can be when it is guided by a clear inner mindset. Especially in complex organizational contexts, potential can be activated in a targeted way – systematically, sustainably, and with a deep understanding of team and organizational dynamics.
Our approach is always resource-oriented, appreciative, and growth-focused, creating spaces where real transformation becomes possible.

About
Violeta
I am Violeta Kameri. Coach, change facilitator, and passionate team developer.
My story begins with my parents, who came to Germany as guest workers in the 1970s. I grew up between different cultures, shaped by diversity, changing perspectives, and a deep desire to build bridges. I was the first in my family to attend university, learning early on to forge my own path and to embrace change.
For nearly 20 years, I have supported people in international contexts through change and development processes in various in-house roles: as coach, change manager, and culture developer during a global transformation, which I led together with the executive board in a self-organized, diverse team. For me, diversity is not a concept but a lived reality that has shaped who I am. These experiences continue to influence my work today, giving me a deep understanding of what it takes to make change successful.
With Kameri Coaching, I am following my inner calling: bringing all my experience, mindset, and skills to create spaces where real development can happen.
